Voting and commenting are how the community evaluates reports. Upvotes signal that a report is credible and worth attention; downvotes indicate skepticism or disagreement. Comments let you add context, ask questions, or share what you know.
Both voting and commenting require a signed-in account with a verified phone number. If your phone is not verified, you’ll see a prompt to complete verification when you attempt either action.

Voting on a report

Open any report by clicking its card in the feed, then use the vote buttons on the detail page:
  • Click the up arrow to upvote the report (value: +1)
  • Click the down arrow to downvote the report (value: −1)
The number displayed next to the vote buttons is the net score — total upvotes minus total downvotes.
You can change your vote at any time. Click the opposite arrow to switch from an upvote to a downvote (or vice versa), or click the same arrow again to remove your vote entirely (value: 0).

Commenting on a report

To join the discussion on a report:
  1. Open the report detail page.
  2. Scroll down to the Comments section.
  3. Type your comment in the text box.
  4. Click Post comment to publish.
Comments appear in chronological order, each showing the author’s username and how long ago it was posted.
