If you come across a report that violates community guidelines, you can flag it to send it to the moderation team for review. Flagging is confidential — the report author is not notified that their post was flagged.
You cannot flag your own reports. The flag option is hidden on any report you submitted.
You can only flag a given report once. Flagging requires a signed-in account with a verified phone number.

How to flag a report

  1. Open the report detail page.
  2. Click the Report button below the post content. (This button does not appear on reports you authored.)
  3. In the dialog that opens, select the reason that best describes the issue.
  4. If you select Other, enter a brief description of the problem (500 characters maximum).
  5. Click Submit report.
Once submitted, your flag is sent to the moderation team. You’ll see a confirmation message in the dialog.

Flag reasons

The report contains factual claims that are inaccurate or deliberately misleading. Use this when the core content of the report does not reflect what actually happened.
The report is directed at a specific person or group with the intent to intimidate, threaten, or cause harm. This includes doxxing-adjacent content that names individuals in a harmful way.
The report is not a genuine safety concern — it’s being used to promote a product, service, or scheme, or is a duplicate of other submissions.
The report describes, facilitates, or promotes illegal activity, or contains content (such as graphic imagery) that could cause harm to readers.
The report reveals personal information about a private individual — such as a home address, phone number, or other identifying details — without their consent.
The report is off-topic and unrelated to community safety. This includes personal grievances, general complaints, or content that belongs on a different platform.
The report violates guidelines in a way not covered by the options above. You must provide a brief description (up to 500 characters) when you select this reason.
